Combination Technology of Electronic Transformers With Intelligent Switch Cabinet

以10 kV开关柜的小型化、智能化功能组合为研究目标,充分利用新型电子互感器小型化、数字化、小功率和可分体装配的技术特点,提出电子式互感器与开关设备一体化组合的成套方案,包括电流、电压传感部件与可移动式断路器、绝缘套管、支撑绝缘子的组合装配形式,也包括数字采集与合并器、保护装置、智能终端的一体化功能组合方式;介绍新方案的技术优势,为有效推进中压配网站智能化开辟新思路。

The research target of this paper is focus on the miniaturization and intelligent functions combination of 10 kV switch cabinet. By making full use of the technology characteristics of miniaturization, digitization, low power and detachable assembly of the new-type electronic transformer, this paper puts forward a new integration and combination technology scheme for electronic transformers and switchgears, which includes the form of combing and assembling current and voltage sensor with movable circuit breaker, insulating bush and supporting insulator. It also incorporates the form of integration and combination between the functions of data collection and combiner, protective device and intelligent terminal. This paper introduces the technological advantages of the new scheme to inspire a new thinking for effectively promoting the intelligentization of mid-voltage distribution substations.
