摘要
汽车产品开发过程是一个典型的集成产品开发过程,要达到优化的目的,在产品开发过程早期,需要能够验证开发结果的有效方法和工具.数字原型(DMU)和快速成形(RP)技术都是验证开发结果的有效方法.因此分析了这2种新技术在汽车工业中应用的先决条件、潜在的利益和障碍,说明如何实现这些技术.最后,根据DMU和RP技术在汽车产品开发过程中的应用,提出一个集成的产品开发过程概念,并讨论了这一概念涉及的诸多技术.
The automobile product development process is a typical integrated product development process In order to optimize the process, efficient methods and tools to verify development results which can be used early in the product development process are needed. Both digital mock-ups and rapid prototyping technologies are efficient means for the verification of the development results. Prerequisites, potential benefits and obstacles of applying two new technologies in the automobile industry are analyzed and the implementation of two new technologies are presented. Finally,based on the application of digital mock-up (DMU) and rapid prototyping (RP) in automobile product development process,an integrated product development process is put forward,and many technologies relating to the concept will be discussed.
