摘要
采用14.8 tex富硒黏胶纤维与Coolmax纤维赛络紧密纺混纺纱(60∶40)、11.1 tex涤纶DTY长丝、2.2 tex(20 D)氨纶,在JHW-PJ齿轮式双面花盘提花针织机上,开发含硒类新型保健系列针织产品。详细介绍原料选择、纺纱工艺、编织工艺、染整工艺及技术关键点,并对面料的抗起毛起球性、透气性、负离子发生量进行测试。结果表明,开发的富硒黏胶纤维功能性针织面料柔软舒适,而且具有吸湿透气、发射负氧离子等功能,符合人们对保健类服装的穿着要求。
A kind of new health care knitted products containing selenium was developed on JHW-PJ gear type double-sided disc jacquard knitting machine by using 14.8 tex selenium-enriched viscose fiber and Coolmax fiber siro compact spun blended yarn(60∶40),11.1 tex polyester DTY filament and 2.2 tex(20 D)spandex.The material selection,spinning process,knitting process,dyeing and finishing process and key technical points were introduced in detail.The pilling resistance,air permeability and anion generating amount of the fabric were tested.The results show that the selenium-enriched viscose fiber functional knitted fabric is soft and comfortable with the functions of moisture absorption,air permeability and negative oxygen ions emission,which can meet wearing requirements of health-care garments.
