天莲蛋白纤维^(■)?美肤针织面料生产实践

Production Practice of Lotus^(■)? Skin-Beautifying Knitted Fabric

分别采用14.8 tex(40~S)天莲纤维R赛络紧密纺纱线和19.4 tex(30~S)纯棉赛络紧密纺纱线交织(57∶43),以及采用14.8 tex天莲纤维~?与棉赛络紧密纺混纺纱(50∶50),与2.2 tex(20 D)氨纶交织(96∶4),在单面圆纬机上,开发两款天莲纤维~?针织面料。详细介绍面料的设计思路、原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺以及注意事项,并测试面料的色牢度、吸湿性以及防紫外性能、氨基酸含量、负离子发生量等。结果表明,开发的天莲纤维~?针织面料的色牢度优异、吸湿性良好,面料含有丰富的氨基酸分子,可发射负氧离子,具有涵养水分、亲肤护肤功能,可满足消费者对护肤养肤服装的要求,而且面料手感柔软舒适,适用于制作夏季户外运动服装及家居服装等。

A kind of Lotus?fiber knitted fabric was developed on single circular knitting machine by using 14.8 tex(40S)Lotus?fiber siro compact spun yarn and 19.4 tex(30S)pure cotton siro compact spun yarn interknitting,and 14.8 tex Lotus?fiber/cotton siro compact spun blended yarn(50∶50)and 2.2 tex(20 D)spandex interknitting.The design idea,materials selection,knitting process,dyeing and finishing process and precautions were introduced in detail.And the color fastness,hygroscopicity,anti-ultraviolet property,amino acid content with negative ion production were tested.The results show that the fabric has excellent color fastness,moisture absorption with abundant amino acid molecules,and can emit negative oxygen ions,and has the functions of water conservation and skin care,which meets the requirements of consumers for skin care clothing,and feels soft and comfortable,and is suitable for making summer outdoor sportswear and household clothing.
