摘要
将具有抗菌功能的苦参提取物水溶液和具有护肤功能的维生素E微胶囊添加到黏胶纺丝液中共混,采用湿法纺丝工艺制备抗菌护肤黏胶纤维,并测试纤维的形态特征、结晶度、取向度、力学性能、抗菌性能和维生素E含量。结果表明,与普通黏胶纤维相比,抗菌护肤黏胶纤维横截面的锯齿状更加明显并且存在微胶囊颗粒,纵向表面粗糙且沟槽较深,结晶度降低,取向度无明显变化,断裂强度略有下降,断裂伸长率有所增加,未水洗和水洗20次后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为95.50%、99.12%、79.35%和95.00%、91.53%、80.43%,纤维中维生素E含量为69.15 mg/kg。
Antibacterial and skin-care viscose fibers were prepared by wet spinning process by adding the aqueous solution of Radix Sophorae flavescentis extract with anti-bacterial function and vitamin E microcapsules with skin care function into the viscose spinning solution in a certain proportion.The morphological characteristics,crystallinity,orientation,mechanical properties,antibacterial properties and vitamin E content of the fiber were tested.The results show that,compared with ordinary viscose fiber,the serrated cross section of antibacterial and skin-care viscose fibers is more obvious and has microcapsule particles,and the longitudinal surface is rough and the grooves are deeper.The crystallinity is reduced,the degree of orientation is almost unchanged,the fracture strength decreases slightly,the elongation at break increases,and the inhibition rate against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans before washing and after washing 20 times are 95.50%,99.12%,79.35%and 95.00%,91.53%,80.43%,and the vitamin E content is 69.15 mg/kg.
