摘要
采用8.3 tex(75 D)具有吸光发热保暖功能的涤纶DTY作为连接纱,采用细旦高f数异型中空截面涤纶DTY作为毛圈纱,在36针/25.4 mm的毛巾机上,开发一种轻薄保暖型双面起绒面料。阐述设计方案、原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺,并测试面料的吸水速干性、保暖性及吸光发热性能。结果表明,线密度相同的毛圈纱,f数越高,面料的保暖效果及手感越好,而且异型截面纤维可以增强面料的导湿速干效果。面料绒面蓬松丰满、质轻、保暖效果好、快速导湿、穿着舒适,适用于家居服、瑜伽服领域。
Using 8.3 tex(75 D)polyester DTY with light absorption,heat generation and warmth retention function as binding yarn,and polyester DTY with fine denier and high F number and special hollow cross section as terry yarn,a kind of flimsy warmth-retention double-sided velvet fabric was developed on G36 towel machine.The design scheme,raw materials selection,knitting process,dyeing and finishing process were described,and the water absorption and quick drying,warmth retention,light absorption and heat generation properties of the fabric were tested.The results show that the higher the F number of terry yarn with the same linear density,the better the warmth retention and hand feel of the fabric,and the moisture transfer and quick drying effect of the fabric are enhanced because of profiled cross-sectional fiber.The fabric is fluffy and plump in suede,light in weight,and has good warmth retention,fast moisture conduction and good wearing comfort,which is suitable for home wear and yoga wear.
