摘要
针织面料的功能性在不断提升,实现其功能性的技术也在不断涌现,文章介绍针织面料的功能细分,包括舒适功能、视觉功能、防护功能和保健功能。阐述针织面料的功能性发展趋势,提出功能组合及功能定制新概念,指出针织面料由单一功能向多功能发展、由多功能向功能组合发展、由功能设定向功能定制发展的趋势。并综述实现针织面料功能性的生产技术,包括纤维材料改性、基于涂印的针织面料功能化技术、高能辐照处理功能化技术等。
Functional knitted fabrics have been developing over the decades and advanced technologies of realizing these functions are emerging continuously.This paper introduces the subdivision of functional knitted fabrics,including comfort,visual,protective and health care functions.The development trend of functional knitted fabrics is elaborated and a new concept of combination and customization of different functions is proposed.It points out that the development trend of knitted fabrics is from single functional fabric to multifunctional fabric,from multifunctional fabric to function combination fabric,and from function setting fabric to function customization fabric.Besides,the production technologies of manufacturing functional knitted fabrics is also overviewed,including modification of fiber materials,functionalization of knitted fabrics based on printing techniques and high-energy irradiation treatments.
