纤维素纤维与涤纶复合纱系列产品开发实践

Design and Development of Cellulose Fiber and Polyester Composite Yarn Series

系统介绍纤维素纤维包覆涤纶纱线及其面料产品的设计开发过程,包括纤维素纤维与涤纶包芯纱的纺制、包芯纱包覆效果优化、包芯纱系列产品开发以及产品风格设计、工艺设计等工艺实施方法。采用包芯技术,将两种性能差异较大的纤维复合成一种新型纱线,通过精细设计,实现产品的性能提升,增加新的功能性。同时指出该项目实施过程中存在的问题并给出发展建议,总结出一套适应纤维素纤维与涤纶复合纱系列产品开发及生产的成功经验。

The design and development process of cellulose fiber wrapped polyester yarn and fabric products are introduced systematically,including spinning of cellulose fiber and polyester core-spun yarn,optimization of wrapping effect of core-spun yarn,development of core-spun yarn,and process implementation methods such as product style design and process design.Technique of core yarn wrapping is adopted to compound two kinds of fibers with great difference in performance into a new type of yarn.Through elaborate design,products’performance is improved and new functions are added.At the same time,the problems existing in the implementation of this project are pointed out and the development suggestions are given.A set of successful experiences in the development and production of cellulose fiber and polyester composite yarn are summarized.
