大花序桉离体根培养过程中内源激素的变化 被引量:6

摘要 利用大花序桉组培继代苗为材料,研究外源激素对离体根培养过程中内源激素的动态变化过程。结果表明:添加外源激素NAA和IBA,与无激素培养基间达到极显著差异;20 d前后为根原基形成时期,30 d前后为根原基分化增殖时期,40 d前后为根原基伸长时期;不同激素对生根起重要调控作用,高IAA、ABA、i Pa和低ZR含量促进根原基的形成;低IAA、ABA、i Pa和高ZR含量促进根原基分化增殖;低IAA、ABA、i Pa和低ZR含量促进根原基伸长。 By taking Eucalyptus cloeziana tissue culture subculture seedlings as the tested materials, the dynamic effecting processes of exogenous hormone on endogenous hormones in the process of in-vitro root culture of the seedlings were investigated. The results indicate that the seedlings of adding exogenous hormones of NAA and IBA to the culture medium had significant differences with hormone-free medium seedling; Twenty days time was the root primordia formation period, thirty-days time was the differentiation and proliferation period, forty-days time was the elongation period of adventitious root primodium; The every kinds of hormones played important regulatory roles for the seedlings rooting; High endogenous of IAA, ABA, i Pa and low levels of ZR promoted the formation of primordial rooting; Low endogenous of IAA, ABA, i Pa and high levels of ZR promoted the differentiation and proliferation of primordial rooting; Low endogenous of IAA, ABA, i Pa and low levels of ZR promoted the elongation of adventitious root primordium.
