毛茛叶报春与堇叶报春在湖南的分布及保护意义

Distribution of Primula ranunculoides and Primula cicutariifolia in Hunan and their conservation significance

毛茛叶报春与堇叶报春是我国特有珍稀濒危植物,由于分类处理的原因,毛茛叶报春一度被归并到堇叶报春中。根据最新的分类依据,对两个种在湖南的采集历史、资源现状进行梳理,建议将湖南分布的毛茛叶报春划入阳明山保护单元、堇叶报春划入新宁(雪峰山余脉)保护单元进行遗传多样性管理,为其种质资源保护和科学研究提供参考价值。

Primula ranunculoides and Primula cicutariifolia are two rare and endangered plant species endemic to China. P.ranunculoideswas treated as a synonym of P. cicutariifolia in taxonomy at one time. This paper, which combs the two species collecting history and their situation resources in Hunan, based on the latest taxonomic evidence. In order to protect their germplasm resources and provide research value, we proposed Yangmingshan genetic diversity management units for P.ranunculoides and Xinning(Xuefengshan) genetic diversity management units for P. cicutariifolia.
