Suggestions for the Ancient Architecture Protection and Tourism Exploitation in Inner Ningbo City

宁波城区古建筑具有分布比较集中、类型多样和明显反映时代特征等特点。目前,宁波城区对古建筑的保护与旅游开发主要存在以下问题:对古建筑妄加改造;在旧城改造过程中忽视对古民居的保护;在发展旅游过程中对古建筑造成“建设性”、“开发性”破坏以及旅游开发商业气重,缺乏文化特色等。针对这些问题,我们认为,宁波城区古建筑的保护与旅游开发应注意对古建筑环境进行整体保护、协调现代建筑环境与历史环境和对古建筑进行重新利用等等。

The ancient architecture in Ningbo inner cities feature comparatively concentrated distribution, various types and apparent up-datedness. Nowadays, inner Ningbo cities have so many problems in areas of the protection of ancient architecture and the exploitation of tourism such as the reckless rebuilt of ancient architecture; ignorance in protecting the folk buildings in old city's reforming process; “Exploitation” and “development” destroys to the ancient architecture in the tourism development; heavily commerce atmosphere and the shortage embodying of culture character in the tourism development, etc. In connection with these problems, while protecting the ancient architecture and exploiting the tourism in Ningbo inner city, we should pay much attention to carry out an entirely protection measure to protect ancient architecture, to harmonize the modern environments and history environments, and to reuse the ancient architecture again, etc…
