摘要 为探究水轮发电机的能量利用情况以及分析机组能效变化原因,研究提出一种水轮发电机能效评估方法。在分析水轮发电机水能利用的转化过程的基础上,建立机组能效量化计算模型。通过获取水轮发电机组的运行状态和运行数据,实时计算机组的转化能量,并统计计算不同时间尺度的机组能量损耗和水能利用率。根据计算结果,对比分析机组的能效水平、能耗情况以及变化趋势。通过实例分析表明方法是合理、可行的,分析结果对于机组的能效状态判断具有参考价值。 To explore the energy utilization of hydro generator and analyze the causes of energy efficiency changes, an energy efficiency evaluation method for hydro generators is proposed. Based on the analysis of the transformation process of water power utilization of hydro generator, a quantitative calculation model for energy efficiency of generator unit is established. The running state and operation data of the hydro generator are obtained, the transformation energy in real time is calculated, and the energy consumption and water utilization rate at different time scales are also calculated. According to the calculation results, the energy efficiency level, energy efficiency trend and energy consumption of hydro generator are analyzed. Example analysis shows the condition assessment model proposed is sound and effective.
