金银花热裂解产物的GC-MS分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究将金银花作为辅料添加于卷烟以改善卷烟感官品质的可行性。采用在线热裂解技术,模拟卷烟燃吸状态,对金银花粉末样品进行热裂解,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析了金银花的有氧裂解产物。金银花在含9%氧气的氮氧混合气氛围中,快速程序升温的热裂解产物采用标准谱库检索结合自动质谱退卷积定性系统鉴定,结果共鉴定出80余种含量较高的裂解产物,主要是醛、酮、酯、酚、苯系物和一些其他化合物,其中30余种化学成分与卷烟感官品质关系较大。金银花有氧裂解产物中的一些化合物是构成卷烟香味的重要成分,可有效改善卷烟感官品质。 The aim is to study the feasibility of casing honeysuckle to cigarette to improve sensory quality.Honeysuckle powder was pyrolyzed using online pyrolytic technology to simulate cigarette smoking, and theaerobic pyrolysis products were analyzed by GC-MS. The products of honeysuckle pyrolyzed with rapidlyprogrammed temperature in nitrogen-oxygen mixture containing 9% oxygen were identified with NIST libraryand AMDIS(Automatic Mass Spectral Deconvolution and Identification System), and more than 80 kinds ofcomponents were identified including many aldehydes, ketones, esters, phenols, alkanes, benzene series andothers, more than 30 components were related to cigarette sensory quality mostly. Some aerobic pyrolysisproducts were main components constituting cigarette aroma, and they could improve sensory quality ofcigarette.
