摘要
旨在对中国农业现代化发展提供一定帮助。农业现代化是世界农业发展的基本趋势,本研究归纳总结了日本农业现代化的七大特点并分析其主要成因,提出了政府应该进一步加大对农业的保护和扶持力度,切实加强和完善农业的科研—教育—推广体系,培育农民经济合作组织,发展地方区域特色,实施农产品优质、高效和精品战略等建议。
Agricultural modernization is the basic trend of agricultural development in the world. Seven major characteristics of Japanese agricultural modernization are summarized and the main contributing factors are analyzed in this study. It is proposed that the government should further strengthen the protection and support to agriculture, effectively enhance and improve the scientific research-education-promotion system of agriculture, cultivate farmers’ economic cooperation organizations, develop local regional characteristic agriculture, and implement the strategy of high quality, high efficiency and high competitive products.
