猕猴桃溃疡病田间分布型分析——以‘徐香’为例 被引量:4

摘要 利用经典的聚集度指标法和回归分析法对猕猴桃溃疡病的空间分布型进行测定,以探明该病害的田间分布情况。聚集度指标计算结果为C>1、I>0、m*/m>1、CA>0、K>0,说明猕猴桃溃疡病病株在大田呈聚集分布,分布的基本形式为个体群。根据Iwao抽样模型,获得不同病情等级情形下猕猴桃溃疡病大田抽样的最适理论抽样数,大田抽样数量随着病情指数的增加而递减。‘徐香’猕猴桃大田溃疡病的序贯抽样模型为T_0(n),T_1(n)=1.25n±3.07 n,并由此确定了该病害抽样的最佳样方大小。上述研究可有效提高调查抽样的效率,为提高该病害的田间调查的准确性和制定有效的防治措施提供依据。 To find out the distribution of kiwifruit canker disease in the field, the spatial distribution pattern of the disease was determined by classical aggregation index method and regression analysis method. The results showed that the calculated results of aggregation index were C>1, I>0, m*/m>1, CA>0, K>0, indicating that kiwifruit canker disease plants presented an aggregation distribution in the field, and the basic form ofdistribution was individual population. According to the Iwao’s model, the optimum theoretical samplingnumber for field sampling of kiwifruit canker in different disease densities was calculated. The samplingnumber decreased with the disease index increase. The sequential sampling model was T0(n),T1(n)= 1.25 n ± 3.07 n, and the optimum sampling square size was determined. The efficiency of investigation sampling is effectively improved through the above research.
