华南风铃木类植物种质资源的形态与分子鉴定 被引量:9

摘要 原产于中南美洲的风铃木类植物(紫葳科)因具有很高的观赏价值广泛栽培于华南地区。然而这些植物的种源目前还有疑问。本研究对栽培于华南的风铃木类植物进行了系统的形态和分子鉴定。结果表明,这7个分类单元的植物来自于2个属(Tabebuia和Handroanthus)的4个物种(T. rosea,T. aurea,H. chrysanthus和H. impetiginosa),其中H. chrysanthus包括2个亚种(H. chrysanthus subsp. chrysanthus和H. chrysanthus subsp. meridionalis)。其中,紫花/洋红/粉红风铃木在分子水平上无法区分,支持其作为一个物种。正确的物种鉴定为杂交育种、科学管理和园林应用奠定了基础。 Tabebuia and Handroanthus(Bignoniaceae) are native to central and south America,and widely cultivated in south China because of the high ornamental value,but the provenance of these plants is still unclear.We carried out the morphology and molecular identification of these plants cultivated in south China.The results indicated that:7 taxa belonged to 4 species from 2 genera(Tabebuia and Handroanthus),including T.rosea,T.aurea,H.impetiginosa and 2 subspecies of H.chrysanthus(H.chrysanthus subsp.chrysanthus and H.chrysanthus subsp.meridionalis).3 taxa with main difference in petal color could not be distinguished at the molecular level,supporting them as one species.Correct classification of these species will contribute to the hybrid breeding,scientific management and landscape application.
