不同催产激素对黄颡鱼♀×瓦氏黄颡鱼♂繁殖的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究不同鱼用催产激素及其组合物对杂交黄颡鱼繁殖效果的影响。本实验选用3种鱼用催产激素,每种激素3水平,共9个组合,对繁殖亲本进行注射催产处理。3种鱼用催产激素不同剂量组合对黄颡鱼催产率、受精率和孵化率影响较大,其中实验组9中的催产率、受精率和孵化率分别达到90.0%、84.7%、88.9%;实验组8中的催产率、受精率和孵化率分别达到92.5%、83.2%、85.1%;注射同种不同剂量的催产激素对黄颡鱼亲鱼效应时间有一定影响,其中实验组9效应时间最短(23 h),而第2组效应时间最长(30 h)。实验组9中促黄体素释放激素、地欧酮和绒毛膜促性腺激素组合效果最好,催产率、受精率和孵化率分别达到90.0%、84.7%、88.9%。 To study the effects of different fish oxytocin and their combinations on the reproductive performance of hybrid yellow-headed catfish,three kinds of fish oxytocin were selected,each hormone had 3 levels,and a total of 9 combinations were injected into the breeding parents.Different-dosage combinations of the three kinds of fish oxytocin had a great influence on the induced spawning rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate.The induced spawning rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate of group 9 was 90.0%,84.7%,88.9%;and the induced spawning rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate of group 8 was 92.5%,83.2%,85.1%.Different doses of the same oxytocin had a certain effect on the effective time of the parent fish.The effective time of group 9 was the shortest(23 h),while that of group 2 was the longest(30 h).In group 9,the combination of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone,domperidone and human chorionic gonadotropin had the best combination effect.
