摘要
旨在采用含毒培养基生长速率法测定6种杀菌剂的抑制效果。以菌落直径为实验观察指标,测量对照组和处理组的菌落直径,以抑制率测定杀菌剂对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果。试验结果表明:药后72 h,杀菌剂丙环唑的EC_(50)值为0.9039 mg/L,其毒力指数最大,对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果最佳;代森、异菌肽的EC_(50)值为2.8939、6.8186 mg/L,效果较好;醚菌酯、嘧霉胺的EC_(50)值为29.3951、30.4126 mg/L,效果一般;苯醚甲环唑的EC_(50)值为143.2943 mg/L,毒力指数最小,抑制效果较差。综上,丙环唑对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果最佳。
The aim of this studyis to identify the inhibitory effects of six fungicides by the growth rate method on toxic culture medium. The colony diameterwasused as observation index. The colony diameters of the control group and the treatment group were detected, and the inhibitory effects offungicides on Fusarium Oxysporum were measured by inhibition ratio. The results showed that72 hours after medication, propiconazole had the maximum toxicity index and the best inhibition effect onFusarium oxysporum with EC50 value of0.9039 mg/L, followed by mancozeb and isopeptide, with the EC50 value of 2.8939 mg/L and 6.8186 mg/L,respectively. Kresoxim-methyl and pyrimethanil had normal effects,with EC50 value of 29.3951 mg/L and30.4126 mg/L, respectively. Difenoconazole had the minimumtoxicity index and the least effect, with EC50 value of 143.2943 mg/L. In conclusion, propiconazole hasthe best inhibition effect.
