不同光强LED蓝光对滇重楼生长、光合特性及皂苷累积的影响 被引量:7

摘要 旨在为滇重楼的栽培和LED光源的应用提供理论依据。实验光源波长为460 nm的单质蓝光,将3年生滇重楼分别放于光照强度为50、100、150、200μmol/(m^2·s)的光照下进行栽培,观测其生长状况。结果表明,滇重楼株高、地上生物学产量、净光合速率和地下生物学产量均以光强150μmol/(m^2·s)处理最高,气孔导度、蒸腾速率在100μmol/(m^2·s)处理时最高,200μmol/(m^2·s)处理最低。不同光强蓝光对滇重楼叶片光能转换效率及反应活性影响不显著。滇重楼根茎皂苷组分含量和总皂苷含量随蓝光光强的增加呈先增后降的趋势,在光强100μmol/(m^2·s)处理下最高,200μmol/(m^2·s)处理下最低。综合分析滇重楼生长状况、光合荧光特性和根茎皂苷含量,蓝光光强150μmol/(m^2·s)最有利于促进滇重楼叶片生长和光合作用,100μmol/(m^2·s)最有利于滇重楼根茎皂苷累积。建议在滇重楼设施栽培上将蓝光光强控制在100~150μmol/(m^2·s)。 It aims to provide a basis for cultivation of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and application of LEDlight source.Experimental light source was the elemental blue LED light with wavelength of 460 nm,3-year-old seedlings of P.polyphylla var.yunnannens were cultivated under the light intensity treatment of 50,100,150,200μmol/(m^2·s)respectively to observe their growth status.The results showed that the plant height,ground biological yield,leaf net photosynthetic rate,and underground biological yield of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis were the highest at 150μmol/(m^2·s)treatment,the stomatal conductance and transpiration ratewere the highest under the treatment of 100μmol/(m^2·s)and the lowest at 200μmol/(m^2·s)treatment.Theeffects of different light intensities on light energy conversion efficiency and reaction activity of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis were not significant.The contents of different saponin components and total saponin inrhizome increased and then decreased with the increase of blue light intensity.The saponin content was the highest at 100μmol/(m^2·s)treatment and the lowest at 200μmol/(m^2·s)treatment.Comprehensive analysis of theplant growth condition,leaf photosynthetic characteristics and saponin content indicates that the blue lightintensity of 150μmol/(m^2·s)is the most favorable to promote the leaf growth and photosynthesis and 100μmol/(m^2·s)is the most favorable light intensity for the accumulation of rhizome saponin in P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.It is suggested that the blue light intensity should be controlled at 100-150μmol/(m^2·s)in the facilitycultivation of P.polyphylla var.yunnannensis.
