莱氏野村菌Nr5772菌株对甜菜夜蛾的毒力研究 被引量:3

摘要 旨在确定莱氏野村菌Nr 5772菌株对甜菜夜蛾的毒力,为甜菜夜蛾的生物防治提供新的技术手段。以甜菜夜蛾幼虫为实验材料,采用浸渍法,测定莱氏野村菌Nr5772菌株分生孢子对甜菜夜蛾3、4、5龄幼虫的LC50和LT50。结果表明莱氏野村菌5×109个孢子/mL对甜菜夜蛾3、4、5龄幼虫的LT50分别为4.44 d、4.48 d和4.85 d,LC50分别为2.71×106个/mL、5.61×106个/mL和1.75×107个孢子/mL。莱氏野村菌Nr5772菌株对甜菜夜蛾幼虫有较强的致病力,孢子浓度越高、幼虫龄期越低则致病力越强。 The aim is to investigate the virulence of Nomuraea rileyi Nr5772 isolate against beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua,and provide a new technique for biological control of the pest.The larvae of beet armyworm were used as materials.Dipping method was adopted to test the LC50 and LT50 of the 3 rd,4 th and 5 th instar beet armyworm larvae in the conidia suspension of N.rileyi Nr5772 isolate.The results showed that LT50 of the 3 rd,4 th and 5 th instar larvae was 4.44 d,4.48 d and 4.85 d,respectively,when exposed to 5×10^9 conidia/mL N.rileyi suspension;and the LC50 was 2.71×10^6 conidia/mL,5.61×10^6 conidia/mL and 1.75×10^7 conidia/mL,respectively.In conclusion,N.rileyi Nr5772 isolate has effective pathogenicity to beet armyworm larvae and the virulence becomes stronger along with the increase of conidia concentration and the decrease of the larva instar.
