摘要 明确自行研制的含Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9复合微生物液体肥料对玉米和白菜的促生效果,以期为新型生物水溶肥料的推广应用提供依据。以玉米和白菜为供试材料,于移栽后7天开始灌施不同肥料,灌施3次,间隔6天,于移栽后35天时测定各处理生物量和根际土壤芽孢杆菌数量。结果表明:盆栽试验结果表明,不论是在总养分100 g/kg或200 g/kg施肥水平下,相比于不添加Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9的其他配方一样的对照水溶肥料处理、化肥和空白对照,含Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9复合微生物液体肥料更能够促进玉米和白菜的生长,提高其生物学性状;储存3个月后的和现配的含SQR9复合微生物液体肥料在玉米和白菜的生物学性状方面均无显著性差异;含功能菌复合微生物液体肥料的施用能够提高根际土壤中芽孢杆菌的数量。根部灌施含Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9复合微生物液体肥料可以有效促进玉米和白菜的生长。 This study aims to evaluate the growth promoting effect of compound microbial liquid fertilizers containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 on maize and cabbage and provide a technical base for the application of the novel products.Different fertilizers were irrigated after 7 days of transplanting for 3 times with 6 days interval,then the corresponding indexes including biomass and rhizosphere soil Bacillus number were measured after transplanting for 35 days.Pot experiment results showed that regardless of the nutrient amounts,compared with water soluble fertilizer without Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9,water soluble chemical fertilizer and CK,the compound microbial liquid fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 efficiently promoted maize and cabbage growth by improving their biological characters.No significant difference in the biological characters of maize and cabbage was observed between compound microbial liquid fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 of freshly produced and stored for 3 months.The application increased the number of Bacillus in rhizosphere soil.Therefore,the compound microbial liquid fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 effectively promote the growth of maize and cabbage by root irrigation.
