摘要
先天免疫反应是昆虫抵御病原体入侵的第一道防线,IMD信号通路是昆虫正常免疫调控大多数抗菌肽基因表达的最重要途径,本文回顾了昆虫IMD信号通路最新文献,从肽聚糖识别蛋白种类和作用方式、Imd、dFADD和Dredd信号复合体形成与调控途径、Relish的激活和正调节因子等方面总结了IMD信号通路正调节作用机制。并系统总结了IMD信号通路负调节因子种类及作用方式,重点阐述了PGRPs负调节、泛素相关负调节和细胞核内负调节因子参与IMD信号通路负调控作用机制。本文为深入了解昆虫免疫应答通路分子机制提供了参考。
Insect innate immunity is the first defense way that fights off microbial infections,and the immune deficiency(IMD)signaling pathway is the most important way that controls the gene expression of most of the antimicrobial peptides in normal immune regulation of insects.In this article,we review current literatures on the insect IMD pathway,and sum up the positive regulation mechanism of IMD signaling pathway including peptidoglycan-recognition proteins and action way,Imd,dFADD and Dredd signal complex formation and regulation pathway,Relish activation and other positive adjustment factors.We also systematically summarize the action modes of negative regulators,such as negative regulation mechanism of PGRPs,ubiquitin and nuclear negative regulators involved in the negative regulation of Imd signaling pathway.This article provides a reference for further understanding the molecular mechanism of the insect immune response pathway.
