摘要
通过对密集烤房烤坏烟现象的调研,提出了改进密集烤房烘烤方法的五项措施:一是准确把握烟叶变黄期时间,确保烟叶烤熟;二是要把烟叶主要变黄期放在38℃稳温阶段,确保烟叶变黄变软;三是准确把握各阶段温湿度,确保烟叶变黄和失水协调;四是根据烟叶装烟量、含水量调整各阶段风机开启档位;五是适当延长45~48℃,确保烟叶后熟。实践表明,这些技术思路和具体措施促进了2015年石城县烟叶质量的提升和烟农效益的提高:烤坏烟叶的比例比2014年度减少了7.7个百分点;从当年度与对照相比,桔黄烟叶增加4.1个百分点,青杂烟减少2.7个百分点;烟叶收购均价增加0.37元/kg,666.7m2产值增加了34.8元。
Through the investigation and analysis of poorly cured tobacco leaves,improvement measures of bulk curing barn baking was put forward:First was to accurately grasp the time of yellowing,ensure the tobacco leaves fully became yellow;second was to put main yellow period in constant temperature stage of 38 ℃,ensure tobacco leaves turn yellow and soft;Third was to accurately grasp the temperature and humidity in different stages,ensure tobacco leaves turn yellow and dehydration coordination;Forth was according to the amount of tobacco leaves installed and water content to adjusted to the fan opening gear of different stages;Fifth was appropriately extended 45~48 ℃ to ensure tobacco after-ripening.Practice has proved that these measures promoted the quality of tobacco leaves and income of tobacco farmers of 2015 Shicheng county:proportion of poorly cured tobacco leaves reduced 7.7% over the year 2014;Compared with contrast,orange tobacco leaves increased by 4.1%,green tobacco leaves decreased by 2.7%,purchasing price of tobacco leaves increased by 0.37 yuan/kg,the output value per 666.7m2 increased 34.8 yuan.
