Decreasing Trend of Grain Acreage in Ningde City:the Problem and Its Countermeasure

对2010~2015年宁德市良种补贴面积的统计发现,良种面积逐年持续下滑,土地资源约束进一步加强,种粮积极性受国家政策影响较大,阴雨、台风等特殊天气影响收获,今后需采取措施,加大政策扶持,加大"五新"技术以点带面的示范幅射,培育新型生产主体,推进机械化种植,提高劳动生产率。

Data on subsidies for growing superior grain cultivators illustrates that during the period of 2010 to 2015,the improved varieties' area in Ningde City have continually declining year by year.Meanwhile,the constraint for land resources has been further strengthened and the enthusiasm for grain growing has been influenced by government policies.Harvesting is affected by special weather such as rainy and typhoon,which requiring measures taking actions including intensification of policy support,increment of radiation demonstrational area of Five-New-Technology,cultivation of new pattern production organization,propelling of mechanized planting and the raise of labor productivity.
