中国水禽产业质量安全探析——基于产业链角度

The Study on the Waterfowl Industry Quality and Safety in China Based on Industrial Chain Perspective

我国是世界第一水禽大国,水禽生产与消费逐年增长,水禽疫病、滥用药物、微生物超标、重金属超标、添加剂超标、环境污染等问题成为水禽质量安全不可忽视的领域。水禽质量安全涉及水禽全产业链,本文从水禽产业链上最核心的主体屠宰加工企业与其他环节的纵向一体化的角度,阐述了水禽产业链结构影响质量安全的机制。并在此基础上,提出了优化水禽产业链促进水禽质量安全管理的政策建议。

China is the largest waterfowl producer all over the world,and the production and consumption is increasing year by year,and the issues,such as waterfowl disease,drug abuse,superscalar micro-organisms,heavy metals exceeded,excessive additives,environmental pollution and others,become the field that can not to be ignored in the quality and safety of waterfowl. The quality and safety of waterfowl relates to the whole industry chain. Through the vertical integration perspective of the core subject in waterfowl industry chain of slaughtering and processing enterprises and other links,this study expounds the mechanism of the industry chain structure affects the quality and safety of waterfowl. And on this basis,the paper proposes policy recommendations to optimize the industrial chain to promote waterfowl quality and safety management.
