论我国卫生管理学科发展的若干问题

Several issues on the development of health management discipline in China

文章通过对我国卫生管理学科建设与发展不同历史阶段的回顾,提出该学科的内容包括卫生管理教育、卫生管理科研、卫生管理队伍、卫生管理学术和卫生管理服务五个方面,就它们对学科建设的关系与作用进行了探讨,并总结了卫生管理学科发展的特点与经验。

The construction and development of health management discipline in different times of history in China was reviewed.We considered that the content of the discipline should consist of five aspects:health management education,health management research,health management team,health management academics and health management service.In this article,we further explored their relationships and roles in the discipline construction,and summarized the characteristics and experience of the development of health management discipline.
