我国医疗联合体研究现状与发展思考

Medical alliance in China: Research advances and development reflections

文章通过对医疗联合体发展历程、国内外医疗联合体组织模式类型、医疗联合体实施现状分析、医疗联合体的实施效果与相关因素等方面进行文献梳理,认为医疗联合体进入了多种形式发展的新阶段,各地应借鉴国内外经验,因地制宜形成医疗联合体组织模式。针对存在实施效果相对不足的现状,提出医联体制度选择与安排需考虑政治、经济、文化等诸多背景因素,医联体实施要建立激励机制,发挥协同理论正效应,未来医联体的理论与实践将呈现多元化发展趋势。

With literature review of the development,the types of organization mode home and abroad,the status quo of the implementation,the implementation results and related factors of medical alliances,this paper holds that medical alliances have entered a new stage of diversified development,and all local regions need to draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience to form the organization mode of medical alliances on the basis of local conditions.In view of the status quo that the implementation results are not quite satisfying,this paper puts forward that in the selection and arrangement of medical alliance system various background factors need to be taken into consideration,including political,economic and cultural factors.The implementation of medical alliance needs an incentive mechanism and the positive effect of synergy theory,so that the theory and practice of medical alliance in the future will present a diversified developmental trend.
