我国西部地区农村居民就医直接经济负担分析

Direct financial burden of medical treatment for rural residents in western China

当前我国全体人群已经普遍享有基本医疗保险制度,医疗救助等政策也逐渐健全。但当个人罹患大病时,享受医保等相关政策报销外,仍要自付高额的医疗费用,此外还要支付交通、食宿、陪护等与就医行为直接相关的非医疗费用。文章从直接医疗费用负担和直接非医疗费用负担两个方面分析西部地区农村居民就医负担情况,为健康保障、医疗救助、社会慈善等多项制度今后全方位释放人群就医需求、减缓就医经济负担、提供非医疗费用补助提供参考借鉴。

Currently all population in China have been covered by primary health insurance and medical aid system.However,when people suffer from serious diseases,they still have to pay high medical expenses as well as non-medical fees directly related to medical care,including transportation,accommodation and accompanying fees etc despite of reimbursement from health insurance.The paper aims at analyzing the financial burden in terms of both medical expenses and non-medical fees for rural residents in western China,so as to provide evidence for future health insurance policies,medical aid programs and social charity which are to relieve health demand,alleviate financial burden of medical treatment and provide subsidies for non-medical fees.
