Developing primary health services with Chinese characteristics

文章从卫生政策调整与卫生方针演进两个方面回顾了我国农村基层卫生健康事业的发展历程,认为发展方向正确,成效显著,为保护人民健康发挥了重要作用,新医改所取得的成绩,也极大地促进了基层卫生事业的发展;针对当前基层卫生所面临的问题与挑战,提出了相应的对策措施。

This paper reviews the development of primary health services in the rural areas of China from the aspects of health policy adjustment and health policy evolution,considers that the development is in the right direction and the results are remarkable,which plays an important role in protecting the health of the public and that the achievements of the new health reform has greatly promoted the development of primary health services.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward solutions in dealing with the problems and challenges of primary health services.
