中医养生保健服务机构规范化管理的必要性研究

Necessity of the standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine health care service organizations

近年来,中医养生保健服务机构和保健服务人才发展迅速。在文献研究的基础上,文章对相关概念进行了界定,对国家相关法律法规的发展历程、国内学者对于中医养生保健服务机构规范化管理的研究进行了梳理,发现中医养生保健服务机构在迅猛发展的同时,也存在着市场准入低、行业标准缺失、监管制度不全、惩罚措施不力等问题,这些问题阻碍了中医养生保健服务业的健康发展。因此,对中医养生保健服务的规范化管理迫在眉睫。

In recent years,there is a rapid growth in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health care service organizations and health service talents.On the basis of literature review,this paper defines the relevant concepts,sums up the development of relevant laws and regulations in China,and reviews the researches of domestic scholars on the standardized management of TCM health care service organizations.It has been found out that with the rapid growth of the TCM health care service industry,there are still some problems such as low market access,lack of industry standards,incomplete regulatory system,insufficient punitive measures and so on,which have hindered the healthy development of TCM health care service industry.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize the management of TCM health care services.
