住院医师规范化培训的传承与创新——以福建协和医院为例 被引量:4

摘要 福建医科大学附属协和医院经过一个半世纪的医学教育实践,在一代代发展传承中,逐渐形成了自己独特的住院医师规范化培训的文化理念和传统精神。文章介绍了福建协和医院在对百年历史积淀的教育文化传承的同时,通过培训理念、培训方法、管理模式、质量模式4个方面的创新实践与探索,以期为各医院开展住院医师规范化培训管理工作提供参考。 After a century and a half of medical education practice,Fujian Medical University Union Hospital has gradually formed its own unique cultural concept and traditional spirit of standardized training for residents through generations of development and inheritance.This paper mainly introduces the innovative practice and exploration of Fujian Medical University Union Hospital in four aspects of residents training,namely,training concept,training approach,management mode and quality mode,on the basis of its inheritance of education culture accumulated for the past century,so as to provide reference for standardized training and management of residents in hospitals.
