2006-2017年宁波市鄞州区MSM人群HIV/AIDS流行特征分析

Epidemiological features of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men in Yinzhou District of Ningbo from 2006 to 2017

目的分析宁波市鄞州区男男性接触人群(MSM)艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人(HIV/AIDS)流行病学特征,为今后对该人群开展干预提供参考。方法收集2006年1月1日-2017年12月31日艾滋病综合防治信息系统中鄞州区MSM HIV/AIDS病例资料,分析其人口学特征、地区分布、发现途径、时间分布及流行趋势。结果鄞州区2006-2017年共报告458例MSM HIV/AIDS病例,其中未婚者303例,占66.2%;文化程度为高中或中专及以上者288例,占62.9%;职业以商业服务为主,占44.1%;居住在宁波市的MSM HIV感染者/AIDS病人占75.3%。经检测咨询发现者209例占45.6%。MSM HIV/AIDS病人数占总报告人数的比重由2006年的16.7%、2007年的18.2%,上升到2016年的39.8%、2017年的37.3%,总体呈上升趋势(χ~2=3.924,P=0.048)。结论鄞州区MSM人群中艾滋病疫情不容乐观,干预工作亟待加强。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City,and to provide reference for the intervention of HIV/AIDS.Methods Data of MSM patients with HIV/AIDS in Yinzhou District from January 1,2006 to December 31,2017 were collected from the information system for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS to analyze the demographic characteristics,area distribution,discovery route,temporal distribution and epidemiological trends.Results A total of 458 MSM patients with HIV/AIDS were reported between 2006 and 2017 in Yinzhou District,of whom 303(66.2%)cases were unmarried.Totally 288(62.9%)cases had education of high school or technical secondary school or above,and their occupations were mainly commercial services,accounting for 44.1%.MSM HIV/AIDS patients living in Ningbo accounted for 75.3%.A total of 209 cases were found after testing and consulting,accounting for 45.6%.The ratio of MSM patients with HIV/AIDS among the total reported cases increased from 16.7%in 2006 and 18.2%in 2007 to 39.8%in 2016 and 37.3%in 2017,which showed an overall upward trend(χ~2=3.924,P=0.048).Conclusions The epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS among MSM population in Yinzhou District is not optimistic,and the interventions are necessary to be carried out.
