摘要
目的考察大学生心理科学素养与其心理健康的关系。方法选取鲁西南某高校230名在校大学生,采用心理科学素养问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查研究。结果①大学生对心理学概念的理解与躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、寝食状态以及SCL-90的总分负相关(P=-0.193,-0.172,-0.175,-0.178,-0.146,-0.194,-0.137,-0.177,-0.190,Ps<0.05),大学生对心理学观点的理解判断与焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子得分负相关(P=-0.138,-0.165,-0.193,-0.147,-0.134,Ps<0.05)。②心理科学素养高分组被试在焦虑、敌对、恐惧和精神病性因子上的得分大于心理科学素养低分组被试(t=2.059,2.611,2.159,2.345,Ps<0.05)。③回归分析发现心理科学基本概念的理解分别负向预测躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、寝食状态和SCL-90的总分(Ps<0.05)。结论大学生的心理科学素养越高,其心理健康水平越好,大学生对心理学基本概念的理解与其心理健康水平有关。
Objective To explore the relationship between psychological science literacy and mental health of college students.Methods A sample of 230 college students was enrolled and asked to complete the Psychological Science Literacy Questionnaire(PSLQ)and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results The score of understanding of psychological concepts was negatively correlated with the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychoticism,state of sleeping and eating and the total score of SCL-90,respectively(ρ=-0.193,-0.172,-0.175,-0.178,-0.146,-0.194,-0.137,-0.177,-0.190;all P<0.05).The score of understanding of psychological perspectives was negatively correlated with the scores of anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychoticism,respectively(ρ=-0.138,-0.165,-0.193,-0.147,-0.134;all P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,and psychoticism of high-score psychological science literacy group were significantly higher than those of low-score psychological science literacy group(t=2.059,2.611,2.159,2.345;all P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the score of understanding of basic psychological concepts was a significant negative predictor of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychoticism,stating of sleeping and eating and the total score of SCL-90(all P<0.05).Conclusions The higher the psychological science literacy of college students,the better their mental health.College students?understanding of basic psychological concepts is relevant to their mental health.
