Under the background of higher education internationalization,it is of positive meaning to evaluate the performance appraisal of Chinese college teachers from international perspective.Comparing with some college teachers' performance appraisal systems in the developed countries,it's beneficial to take successful foreign experience as reference and make it more adaptable and applicable to domestic settings,and furthermore,so as to highly promote the reliability and validity of Chinese college teachers' performance appraisal.
