The Teacher's Role and Method of Providing Legal Service to Students in Clinical Law Education

诊所法律教育在我国部分高校的引入和发展,一定程度上弥补了传统法律教育的不足。在比较传统法律教育与诊所法律教育中教师与学生各自的角色及其特点的同时,总结并提出诊所法律教育中教师引导学生提供法律服务的方法。这些教学方法与传统法学教学方法有益结合,对于当代中国的法学教育改革是具有重要意义的。

The expansion and development of clinical law education in some universities and colleges have made up the default of traditional law education to a certain degree.This paper makes a comparison on the roles and characteristics of teachers and students in traditional law education and clinical law education.It also analyses the guiding methods for teachers in clinical law education.The combination of these teaching methods with the traditional ways is of vital importance to the reform of contemporary law education in China.
