摘要
教师合作研究是国际教师教育研究的新热点。相对于男教师,高校女教师群体的职业发展更为普遍地遇到上升瓶颈,寻求合作团队的支持尤为重要。生态女性主义作为提倡合作与可持续发展的建设性后现代理论,从基于生态伦理的平等观出发,强调建立尊重差异的多元化视角,在发展中注重有机联系与合作互依,认为合作分享才是自我实现的有效途径,为促进高校教师特别是女教师之间的合作发展提供了充分的理论支撑。为了建立开放而又学科多样化的生态合作学术团队,一方面要打破学科之间的壁垒,增强彼此互动,构建多样化的沟通交流平台;另一方面也要选择合理而又科学的团队组成模式,保持合作团队的持续性和创新性。
The collaborative development of teachers has already become the new trend in the studies of teacher education in the world. Compared with male faculties, it is more important and necessary for female professors in universities to establish good teamwork and collaboration so as to break their development bottleneck. Ecofeminism is a postmodern theory focusing on collaborative development and sustainable development. Based on the idea of equality from ecological ethics, ecofeminism emphasizes the adoption of a multicultural perspective and respect of differences, as well as the organic connection and cooperation in development. It also believes that sharing and collaboration are effective ways of achieving self-actualization. Thus, ecofeminism provides a strong theoretical support for the collaborative development of professors in universities, especially female professors. In order to establish such an open and multi-disciplinary collaborative academic team, it is necessary to break the walls between different disciplines to increase their interactions and build a diversified communication platform; whilst on the other hand, ensuring a more rational and scientific model for the collaboration, to guarantee the sustainability and creativity of the team.
