摘要
目的建立黄连、姜黄连以及萸黄连饮片高效液相色谱指纹图谱和红外图谱,采用聚类和主成分分析比较其质量差异。方法建立黄连及其炮制品的指纹图谱和红外图谱,利用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》对黄连、姜黄连和萸黄连的指纹图谱进行相似度分析,并采用聚类分析和主成分分析对指纹图谱和红外图谱进行差异性分析。结果建立了黄连、姜黄连及萸黄连饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,标定共有峰12个,30批次样品的指纹图谱相似度较好,聚类分析大致可聚为3类;建立了黄连、姜黄连及萸黄连饮片的红外光谱检测方法,主成分分析可将3种饮片质量分为3类。结论黄连、姜黄连及萸黄连饮片指纹图谱以及红外图谱有一定差异,聚类分析和主成分分析可以将黄连、姜黄连及萸黄连3种饮片加以区分;可为进一步完善黄连标准饮片质量标准提供参考。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints and infrared spectra of Coptidis Rhizoma,turmeric processed Coptidis Rhizoma and dogwood processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction pieces,and compare their quality by clustering and principal component analysis.Methods Fingerprints and infrared maps of Coptidis Rhizoma and its processed products were established.The similarity of the fingerprints of Coptidis Rhizoma,turmeric processed Coptidis Rhizoma and dogwood processed Coptidis Rhizoma was analyzed with Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Cluster analysis and principal components analysis were also used to different the fingerprint and infrared spectra.Results HPLC fingerprints of Coptidis Rhizoma,turmeric processed Coptidis Rhizoma and dogwood processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction pieces were established,and 12 common peaks were calibrated.The fingerprints of 30 batches of samples were not significantly different by similarity analysis,and the cluster analysis roughly clustered the sample into 3 categories.The infrared spectrum of Coptidis Rhizoma,turmeric processed Coptidis Rhizoma and dogwood processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction pieces were divided into 3 categories by principal component analysis.Conclusion There are some differences in the fingerprints and infrared spectra of Coptidis Rhizoma,turmeric processed Coptidis Rhizoma and dogwood processed Coptidis Rhizoma decoction pieces.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis can distinguish Coptidis Rhizoma,turmeric processed Coptidis Rhizoma and dogwood processed Coptidis Rhizoma.Providing a reference for further improving the quality standards of Coptidis Rhizoma standard decoction pieces.
