天然有机硫化物抗动脉粥样硬化研究进展

Research progress in anti-atherosclerosis of natural organosulfur compounds

动脉粥样硬化病变给人们的生命健康安全带来了巨大的危害。近年来,有关研究表明天然有机硫化物在抗动脉粥样硬化病变中具有重要的作用。这篇综述主要从天然有机硫化物调节脂质代谢,抗氧化和抗炎作用,对内皮细胞的保护作用以及有机硫化物抗动脉粥样硬化信号通路等方面介绍天然有机硫化物在防治动脉粥样硬化病变中起到的保护作用。

Atherosclerotic lesions bring great harm to people’s lives.Recently,studies have shown that natural organosulfur compounds play an important role in anti-atherosclerotic lesions.This paper mainly reviews the protective effect of organosulfur compounds on the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic lesions from lipid metabolism,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects,protection of endothelial cells and anti-atherosclerotic signaling pathway.
