某院注射用红花黄色素超说明用药分析

Off-label use of safflower yellow for injection in a hospital

目的对本院临床使用注射用红花黄色素进行调查,分析其用药合理性。方法调取本院2018年1月至3月使用注射用红花黄色素的住院病历医嘱235份进行回顾性分析讨论。结果注射用红花黄色素存在超适应证、超剂量、溶媒选择不当等超说明书用药的现象。其中,超适应证用药达207例,构成比88.09%;溶媒选择不当为173例,构成比73.62%;超剂量用药35例,构成比14.89%。结论完善院内药品超说明书用药管理制度,加强药品合理使用指导,对超说明书用药进行有效干预,安全用药。

Objective To determine the rational use of safflower yellow in our hospital.Methods Totally 235 medical records of our hospital from January to March,2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Over indication,over dosage,improper solvent selection of safflower yellow injection were found.Among them,207(88.09%)were regarded as super-indications;173(73.62%)had improper solvent;and 35(14.89%)showed over-dosage.Conclusion To improve the management of off-label drug use in hospitals,strengthen the rational use of drugs,and effectively intervene the off-label drug use.
