摘要 目的借助数据分析模型,分析影响左氧氟沙星注射液出现不良反应的因素,为合理用药提供风险防范和预测。方法选取2005年1月—2016年12月滁州市上报的左氧氟沙星药品不良反应,利用主因子和决策树分析方法分析影响因素。结果共4318例不良反应,主要涉及皮肤及附件损害,决策树分析年龄是重要因素,以31.3岁为第一分节点,小于31.3岁,年龄对发生皮肤及附件损害的影响可能性最大;第二个分节点33岁,在31.3~33岁,年龄对发生神经系统损害影响的可能性大;第三个分节点是体重,大于75.5 kg的患者,体重对发生皮肤及附件损害影响的可能性大;第四个分节点是性别,男性患者发生皮肤及附件损害可能性大。结论临床使用左氧氟沙星注射液时要注意不良反应发生的因素,安全、有效、合理地用药。 Objective To determine the factors affecting the adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection with data analysis model,and to provide risk prevention and prediction for rational drug use.Methods The adverse reactions of levofloxacin from January 2005 to December 2016 were selected.The main factors and decision tree were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results There were 4318 cases of adverse reactions,involving the skin and accessory lesions of the main organs.Age was an important factor in decision tree analysis.The first sub-node was 31.3 years old.The second sub-node was 33 years old,which is between 31.3 and 33 years old.The third node was weight:when greater than 75.5 kg of patients,skin and accessory damage was quite likely.The fourth node was gender,and male patients were more likely to have skin and accessory damage.Conclusion Clinical use of levofloxacin injection should focus on the factors for adverse reactions,as well as safe,effective and reasonable drug use.
