摘要
目的了解舒肝宁注射液在3种输液中的稳定性。方法考察舒肝宁注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液配伍后的外观、pH值、含量及不溶性微粒的变化。结果舒肝宁注射液与3种输液配伍后6 h内,其输液的外观、pH值、含量均无明显的改变,但除与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后不溶性微粒符合2015年版《中国药典》规定外,其余两种输液与舒肝宁注射液配伍后不溶性微粒均不符合2015年版《中国药典》规定。结论舒肝宁注射液最好与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍应用。
Objective To determine the compatible stability of Shuganning injection with 3 infusions.Methods The changes of Shuganning injection in appearance,pH value,content and insoluble particles after mixing with3 infusions(0.9%sodium chloride injection,5%glucose injection,and 10%glucose injection respectively)were determined.Results No significant changes of the mixture within 6 h in appearance,pH value and content were found.Only the insoluble particles in Shuganning injection when mixed with compound 0.9%sodium chloride injection were met the standard(China Pharmacopeia,2015 edition),and the insoluble particles in the other 2 mixtures failed to meet the standard.Conclusion Shuganning injection had better be used in combination with0.9%sodium chloride injection.
