以消化用药为例试析儿科适宜品种的筛选思路

Analysis of screening methods for pediatric suitable drugs with digestion as an example

目的以消化用药为例介绍筛选儿童适宜用药品种的工作思路,以期为儿科医师选择更适宜的用药品种提供参考。方法通过综合分析药品说明书、国家处方集、用药指南和专家共识、国外同行经验和FDA批准情况,筛选出适宜的儿科消化用药品种。结果由于埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片具有推荐等级高、抑酸能力强、给药剂量可调控等特点,可作为儿科口服抑酸首选用药,但对于给药剂量精准度要求高的情况,可考虑选择注射用埃索美拉唑。结论最终儿科用药方案,仍需综合考虑患者个体因素、疾病因素和社会因素。

Objective To introduce how to select suitable drugs for children and to provide reference for pediatricians.Methods Appropriate pediatric drugs were screened by comprehensive analysis of drug specification,national prescription set,medication guideline and expert consensus,foreign peer experience and FDA.Results Since esomeprazole magnesium enteric-dissolving tablets had the characteristics of high recommendation grade,strong acid-inhibiting ability and controllable dosage,they might be used as the priority drug for pediatric oral inhibition.For the high precision dosing,esomeprazole for injection was considered a better choice.Conclusion Individual factors,disease factors and social factors should be considered in the final pediatric drug regimen.
