摘要
连续流动化学是近十多年来发展的新技术,在学术界和工业界中的应用受到了越来越多的关注。与传统的批次方法相比,连续流动化学具有较多的优点,包括传热、传质能力的增强,反应时间的缩短和精确控制,在高温和高压下更安全地进行反应,可重复性高,易拓展性和产品质量更好等。众所周知,使用催化剂进行合成可以提高原子经济性,提高环境效益,更符合绿色化学的要求。将非均相催化剂与连续流动系统有机结合,可以以多步连续的方式合成复杂分子,成为当今的研究热点,本文综述了近几年来非均相催化剂在连续流动条件下合成精细化工产品的研究进展。
Continuous flow chemistry is a new technology in the past 10 years,whose application in academia and industry has attracted much attention.Compared with the traditional batch method,continuous flow has many advantages,such as enhanced heat and mass transfer capacity,shortened and accurate controlled reaction time,improved safety of the reaction at high temperature and pressure,high repeatability,easy extensibility,better product quality,and so on.As is known to all,catalysts in synthesis help improve the atom economy and environmental benefits,better meeting the requirements of green chemistry.Complex molecules can be synthesized by using heterogeneous catalysts in the continuous flow system,which has become a research hotspot.This artical reviews the research progress of heterogeneous catalysts in continuous flow synthesis of fine chemical products in recent years.
