基于非线性化学指纹图谱技术快速鉴别两面针根、茎及伪品飞龙掌血 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立两面针的非线性化学指纹图谱,区分两面针根、茎及伪品飞龙掌血。方法采用硫酸-丙酮-硫酸锰-溴酸钠稳态体系,通过正交实验优化实验条件,寻找两面针根、茎及伪品飞龙掌血差异性大的非线性化学指纹图谱。结果获得了稳定性、重复性较高的两面针根、茎及伪品飞龙掌血的指纹图谱,三者差异性较大,可定性鉴别两面针根、茎及伪品飞龙掌血。结论非线性化学指纹图谱技术适用于两面针药材及其混伪品的快速鉴别,为两面针药材快速、准确鉴定提供新方法;同时为非线性化学指纹图谱技术应用于其他易混中药材的鉴定提供示范。 Objective To establish the non-linear chemical fingerprint of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC to distinguish the root,stem and Toddalia asiatica(Linnaeus)Lamarck.Methods H2 SO4-MnSO4-CH3 COCH3,NaBrO3 system.The experimental conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments to find the nonlinear chemical fingerprints with great differences in root,stem and Toddalia asiatica(Linnaeus)Lamarck.Results The fingerprints of the root,stem and Toddalia asiatica(Linnaeus)Lamarck with high stability and reproducibility were obtained,with significant differences among the three.The fingerprints could be used to qualitatively identify the root,stem and Toddalia asiatica.Conclusion Non-linear chemical fingerprint technology may rapidly identify Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC and its adulterants,which provides a new method for the rapid and accurate identification of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC and for the identification of other easily confused traditional Chinese medicines.
