Pharmaceutical care for one patient with advance colon cancer combined with moderate renal insufficiency

临床药师深入临床,参与1例结肠癌合并中度肾功能不全患者的治疗过程,进行全程药学监护。对于肾功能不全的晚期结肠癌患者,临床药师需要重点关注患者的药物选择及肾功能,协助医师为患者提供安全、有效的药物治疗方案,减少严重不良反应的发生。

Clinical pharmacists participatied in the care of a patient with advance colon cancer complicated with renal insufficiency,and provided pharmaceutical care in the whole treatment.For patients with advance colon cancer complicated with renal insufficiency,we should pay more attention to drug selection and renal insufficiency,assist to clinicians in providing safe and effective treatment for patients,and reduce serious adverse event.
