药品包装设计与自动口服摆药机调剂适用性分析

Drug package design and adjustment applicability of automatic oral dispensing machine

目的提高药品包装设计与自动口服摆药机调剂的适用性。方法对本院住院药品调剂室297种口服药品的包装方式、除包装流程、装量、用量、规格进行统计。结果 297种药品中,单剂量包装195种,且85.13%的装量在30以内,用量前30位的以单剂量包装为主,但单剂量拆除包装流程复杂,有近30个品种的实际用量不总是最小规格的整数倍,影响了调剂的效率和药品质量,不适用于自动口服摆药机的调剂。结论通过调整采购策略、制定操作规程、采取以库存周转天数为量化指标管理摆药机内库存的方法提高适用性,同时需要国家政策引导与生产企业的积极参与。

Objective To improve the applicability of drug package design and automatic oral drug deposition machine.Methods The paper analyzed the package methods,package removal flow,loading quantity,dosage and specification of 297 oral drugs in the hospital drug dispensing room.The applicability to the adjustment of automatic oral drug dispensing machine was analyzed.Results In the 297 drugs,195 had single-dose package,of which 85.13%no more than 30,and the single-dose package process was complex.The top 30 doses were mainly single-dose package.The actual usage of nearly 30 varieties was not always an integer multiple of the minimum specification,which affected the efficiency of adjustment and the quality of drugs.So the adjustment in automatic oral dispensing machines was not applicable.Conclusion We may improve the applicability by adjusting the purchasing strategy,formulating the operating rules,and adopting the inventory turnover days as the quantitative index to manage the inventory in the dispenser.Meanwhile we also need the national policy guidance and production enterprises.
