Study of Sliding and Plug Disease of Dong Medicine

从病因、病理、诊断、治疗、用药等方面总结了侗医对滑塞病的认识视角与应对方法.认为滑塞病是由人体内各组成部分间物质、能量与信息传递中过于不及的两类极端表现,水的溶解性与流动性使水成为气血津液的承载物,水的承载与气的推动是滑塞病的内在病因,阻塞与泄泻是其外在的病理表现.诊断依照病人滑塞的感受并通过看、闻、问、摸、算收集相关信息,治疗依据塞者散之、滑者收之的原则,选用香味散性药治疗塞病,酸涩味收性药治疗滑病,同时通过调理气血,有较好的治疗效果.

In this paper the perspective and approach of sliding and plug disease about Dong medicine was summarized from the etiology,pathology,diagnosis,treatment and medication. The sliding plug disease was thought as extreme performance each component in the human body among matter,energy and information. Because of solubility and flow properties,water became bearing material between Qi and blood. Both of water bearing and gas driving were inner causes of slippery disease and its external pathological manifestations were blocking and diarrhea. The diagnosis was mainly decided by the patient plug slippery feeling,and through the look,smell,ask,touch,collect related information. The treatment principle was carried out by the spread disease using the plug method and the slide disease using the spread method,the charge of the principle of selecting. The therapeutic effect was better by selecting fragrant and dispersive medicine to treat the spread disease,and acidity and collectting medicine to treat the slide disease at the same time the blance between Qi and blood being regulated.
