同塔多回线路绝缘子机械性能试验及试验过程的电气性能评估 被引量:9

摘要 为了弄清同塔多回线路架设方式下绝缘子的机械特性,试验研究了不同垂直荷载F和水平荷载G下不同绝缘子串夹角的V型瓷绝缘子串应力变化情况,探讨了在不同荷载下长棒型瓷绝缘子和三伞型瓷绝缘子组成的V型瓷绝缘子串夹角的变化及对绝缘子串机械性能的影响,分析了该试验过程对输电线路电气性能的影响。结果表明:在相同串夹角下,卸载后α角的变化与F/G的值成正相关关系;串夹角越小时,同等F/G条件下α角越大,绝缘子串越容易移动;在某些试验情况下相地空气间隙低于3.3m的要求,但线路相间空气间隙最小距离均大于相间间隙的最低要求。这些结果可为同塔多回线路架设方式下V型绝缘子串的设计提供基础数据. To understand the mechanical characteristics of insulators in multiple-circuit transmission lines,the stress variation of ' V' string porcelain insulators is analyzed by mechanical experiments under different vertical loads( F) and horizontal loads( G),and the stress variation of string insulators at the leeward side is studied by monitoring the angle( α)between the vertical loads and string insulators at the windward side. The paper analyzes the different angles of ' V' string porcelain insulators which consist of the porcelain long rod insulators and three umbrella type porcelain insulators under different loads,and the different angles affect the mechanical characteristics of ' V' string porcelain insulators; it analyzes the effect of experiment process on the electrical performance of the transmission lines. The results show that the change of the angle( α) has the positive relationship with the value of F/G after unloading under the same angle of ' V' string porcelain insulators; the smaller of the angle of ' V' string insulator,the larger of the angle( α),the easier move of string insulators; the phase-ground gaps are less than the requirement of 3. 3m,but the minimum phase-phase gaps are less than the minimal gap requirements. The results provide the references for the design of insulators in multiple-circuit transmission lines.
