摘要
先以Mannich反应合成了2,2′-二-(二甲氨基)-4,4′-联苯二酚(DABP),再控制DABP和4,4-二羟基-查尔酮的摩尔比,与全氟联苯通过缩聚反应合成了两种在侧链上含叔胺基团的光敏性聚芳醚聚合物(PSPAE-TAx),将PSPAE-TAx的化学结构和性能通过~1H NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TGA, DSC等进行了表征,探讨了光交联对PSPAE-TAx性能的影响.结果表明:PSPAE-TAx具有良好的溶解性、热稳定性和光敏性,光交联可提高其耐溶剂性和热稳定性.
2,2′-dimethylaminemethylene-4,4′-biphenol(DABP)was prepared by the Mannich reaction, and two photosensitive poly(arylene ether)(PSPAE-TAx)containing tertiary amine groups at the side chains were synthesized by the polycondensation reaction with perfluorobiphenyl from different molar ratios of DABP and 4,4′-Dihydroxy-chalcone. The chemical structures and the properties of PSPAE-TAx were characterized by ~1H NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TGA and DSC, and the influences of photo-crosslinking on the performances of PSPAE-TAx was also investigated. It was shown that PSPAE-TAx had excellent solubility, thermal stability and photosensitivity, and its solvent resistance and thermal stability could be enhanced by photo-crosslinking.
