摘要
详细分析了继电保护行为如主/后备保护的动作时间、重合闸的动作方式和动作时间、低频减载以及低压减载的特点,从概率分析的角度出发,讨论了继电保护、低频减载和低压减载对电力系统暂态稳定性的影响,并结合修改后的EPRI-36节点系统为例,进行了大量的分析计算,最后指出在电力系统中,不同的继电保护和低频低压减载的动作特性对系统暂态稳定性可能出现的不同影响,证明了采取快速保护和对低频低压减载控制措施进行优化、协调的必要性。
In this paper, the actions of main and backup protections and under frequency load shedding(UFLS) as well as under voltage load shedding(UVLS) are simulated in detail. The effects of different setting values of protection relays, UFLS and UVLS on probabilistic transient stability are discussed. The statistical results of the modified EPRI-36 bus system are analyzed,and it is verified that the different setting values of protection relays, UFLS and UVLS may have significant effects on transient stability of power system. Also demonstrated is the necessity of choosing fast protection and carrying out optimization and coordination between UFLS and UVLS.
